Congestion Target Delivery Plan

The Congestion Target Delivery Plan is the document which sets out the background to the Congestion Target for Merseyside and the way we intend to monitoring and meet it.

It describes the delivery process for one of the 31 targets in the LTP targets, but this target also contributes towards the Government's national congestion target.

The Plan was approved by to the Department for Transport and each of the Merseyside LTP partner authorities in April 2007
